Activity Details

Please note that there is NO RECEPTION once you enter the neighborhood and the reservoir.

No pets allowed, including service animals for their safety.

We will take a group photo at 9:30am. There will be a raffle after the group photo and before the walk begins.

Check the weather and wear appropriate attire. Consider layers and appropriate footwear.

Kids under 12 are allowed but parents/guardians must keep an eye on them. Note that there is uneven terrain and wet areas around the reservoir as well as wildlife.

The full walking path is approximately 6 miles. The first part of the walk with pavement is for beginners. Wagons, strollers, and limited mobility are welcome and strongly encouraged in this paved area. The second part with moderate slopes is intended for intermediate level. The pavement turns into uneven dirt terrain with loose pebbles and rocks, with no shade, and possible puddles from the recent rainstorms. Please wear the appropriate footwear for this activity. The third part with steep uphill climb is intended for advanced level. The entire route is 6 miles long, loops arounds the reservoir and leads back to the starting point.

Observe social distancing. If you are experiencing flu-like and/or COVID symptoms, please do not participate.
