LADWP Cares About Supporting our Customers through Programs and Services Fit for their Needs

In November 2021, LADWP Board of Commissioners announced the most comprehensive effort in the city’s history to help hundreds of thousands of financially strapped customers who have been burdened by mounting unpaid utility bills due to the sustained economic impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic. In all, an expected $300 million will be used to reduce customer utility debt for over 250,000 customers.
